The Senior Program Manager is responsible for establishing strategic programs that will drive the Go to Market of Digital Channels by focusing on identifying country market potential and business needs such that core capabilities can be brought onboard to drive expansion and solve for both internal customer and external consumer pain points.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Development & Implementation
- Develop and implement program strategies aligned to organizational goals
- Lead programs from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
- Analyze program status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that program objectives can be met
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and PMO ops to develop communication channels including dashboards and presentations
- Foster collaboration between crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of program plans
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing daytoday contact on program status and changes
- Lead process creation and documentation for programrelated activities
- Communicate program outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to program work plan.
- Resource Management
- Build and grow a high performing team of program managers, provide clear direction and support to drive success
- Remain up to date on industry trends, competitor intelligence, and market research insights to inform decision making.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Engineering, or Computer Sciencerelated courses.
Experience:
- 10+ years of project/program management or related experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop and executive strategic plans, manage budgets and drive results.
- Experience leading projects with technical and nontechnical teams.
- Experience defining, documenting, and providing guidance on processes.
- Proven success working with all levels of management.
Working Conditions:
- Location is flexible preferred Asia (Bangkok or Manila)
