Key Responsibilities

This position is within Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. We believe that exceptional customer experiences have a significant impact on business success. By improving human interactions, we create lasting value for organizations, customers, and society alike.

As a member of the Customer Strategy & Design team, your role will involve guiding clients towards innovative digital customer business models, designing appealing offerings, creating new digital experiences, and transforming their digital strategies.

You will:

  • Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and technology experts to address key business needs.
  • Contribute to defining and exploring new features from concept to implementation within a collaborative team that meets business and user requirements.
  • Produce designs ranging from initial sketches to final production-ready compositions.
  • Design interactive motions/transitions to enhance user interface experiences.
  • Establish consistent design elements across products to improve usability and standardize interfaces.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to create seamless mobile-first customer experiences.
  • Oversee the entire product development process from concept to deployment and optimization.
  • Assist the senior design team in developing design rationale and specifications.
  • Promote clean, user-centric interface designs.

About You

If you possess:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A detail-oriented and inquisitive mindset.
  • Over 3 years of experience producing high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Over 3 years of successful involvement in developing interactive web applications.
  • More than 3 years of experience as a UI developer creating complex interface solutions using modern web technologies.
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and Front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap and AngularJS.
  • A background in defining and implementing user experience workflows and web application style guides.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
