The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled People BI Specialist to focus on delivering insights and visibility on HR-related matters using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and SQL. Responsibilities include managing data warehouses, developing ETL processes, and creating tools to optimize business operations. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders from various teams to provide necessary data tools and support.

In This Role, You'll Be Involved In:

  • Creating and designing dashboards to enhance the impact of the People team
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into dashboards and reports
  • Designing solutions that empower users to be self-sufficient
  • Gaining insights into global HR data usage in a multinational company

Requirements for Success

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with BI and analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Metabase, or similar)
  • Strong English communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships within HR and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in understanding business needs and proposing scalable BI solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Global perspective and experience working with diverse cultures
  • Consultancy background
  • Experience with ETL tools, data warehousing, data modeling, or database administration
