  • Monitor quality results at finish goods final inspection and redesign inspection plans, standards, methodologies, and product tolerances to rely on process capability.
  • Initiate new capabilities or innovations to support MQC functions.
  • Review inspection methods, tool and gage designs, and process flows in MQC functions to improve robustness and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate risks in MQC functions and provide mitigation actions.
  • Develop and evaluate quality skill development courses and methods for MQC and Production.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in manufacturing/quality improvement processes.

Key personal competencies:

  • Understanding and experience in quality control process improvement in other relevant businesses.
  • Good knowledge of process capability and continuous improvement.
  • Good communication skills, verbal, written, and technical presentations.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ambition and readiness to deal with change.
