Responsibilities:
Customize HRIS fields, workflows, and processes to align with HR policies.Develop and manage customized reports and dashboards.Work closely with HR teams to improve processes and implement automation.Engage in system enhancement projects, from requirements gathering to implementation.Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.Document processes and train HR staff and system users.

Experience Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as an HRIS.Proficiency in Workday HCM is preferable.Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.Good in interpersonal and communication skills.Good command in English.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or similar.
