- Responsible for filing and get approval insurance policy provision from OIC.
- Responsible for filing and get approval premium rate from OIC.
- Responsible for the renewal of all A&H products (insurance policy provision and premium rate) to get continuous approval from the OIC.
- Coordinate and support product filing to the OIC for getting approval of IPL's products.
- Perform any tasks requested by Manager.
- Review and prepare insurance policy provision to support all A&H new products and filing to the OIC.
- Follow up and explain to the OIC for getting approval within agreed timeline.
- Prepare initial premium rate to support all benefits under new A&H products and filing to the OIC
- Follow up and explain to the OIC for getting approval within agreed timeline.
- To do the renewal of all A&H products (insurance policy provision and premium rate) to get continuous approval from the OIC.
Follow up and explain to the OIC for getting approval before expiry date of each product. - Store and collect working files in an orderly manner for efficiency in checking and accessing.
Set benefit codes for every product so that relevant departments can use them correctly. - Coordinate and support product filing to the OIC for getting approval of IPL's products (Motor).
- Follow up and explain to the OIC for getting approval within agreed timeline.
- Any others ad-hoc as requested.
- Internal Dept. Product development, UW A&H, Claims, Actuarial, L&C, Product implementation, UW Motor
- External Dept. OIC
- Experience in contacting and filing for product approval from the OIC is preferable.
- Good in computer skill i.e.. Microsoft office
- Good in job prioritization
- Good interpersonal skill
