As HRD
Culture Champion: Lead the development and implementation of a thriving company culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being. Be an approachable and trusted advisor, creating a safe space for open communication and feedback.People Development Architect: Design and implement comprehensive HRD programs, including Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and career development initiatives to unlock the full potential of our workforce.Learning & Growth Advocate: Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices in people development. Implement effective learning and development programs to equip our people with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles and support company growth. As HRM HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee the smooth running of core HR operations, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations. Partner with the Assistant HRM to manage employee relations, compensation & benefits, and payroll.Strategic HR Partner: Work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy. Provide strategic counsel and support on talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning.Experience Requirements:
Proven track record of building positive company cultures in a fast-paced startup environment.Strong understanding of HRD principles and experience in implementing talent development programs like IDPs.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.Passionate about creating a work environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and excited to come to work every day.A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
