Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Interpret the business specific requirement to IT solution especially in manufacturing industry, retail industry and heavy industry
  • Maintain the organization's effectiveness and to be efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting the strategic plans to implement an information technology
  • Manage IT team with various skill set from plan (Vision, Mission) to execution
  • Manages IT department from infrastructure, data, information, knowledge by company business application
  • Develop IT team to achieve company's business goal to ensure required skillsets are well maintained in organization
  • Coordinate with other departments to align technology to support high business growth
  • Manage end to end IT projects to achieve company's business objective and maximize profit on IT business investment
  • Verifies application result by conducting audit system for the technology implement
  • Prepare business continuity plan to ensure highest business availability
  • Recommend information technology strategy, policy, and procedure by evaluating organization outcome, identify problem, evaluate trend, anticipate requirement
  • Accomplish financial objective by forecasting requirement, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditure, initiating corrective action
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standard including maintain highest SLA and provide summary to management
  • Develop and maintain IT security policy to align with business requirement
  • Experiences Handson in MS Windows Server, VM Ware, MS Exchange, and Oracle EBS
  • Proving ITILs and other IT standard

Qualifications:

  • Master degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or similar field
  • Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge in technical management, information analysis and computer both of hardware and software systems
  • Experience in Handson from IT infrastructure to business application
  • Excellent in new IT trend to apply with specific business requirement
  • Good understanding of organizational architecture
  • Ability to manage IT team for achievement of business objective
