Responsibilities:
Enhancing HR strategies and policies for international operations, ensuring Thai labor law compliance.Collaborating with management for strategic HR initiatives.Managing the entire employment cycle from recruitment to offboarding.Supervising compensation, benefits, and disciplinary matters.Offering guidance to operations on HR practices.Ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations.Handling HR reporting and analytics for continuous improvement.Leading HR projects like mergers and acquisitions.Promoting a positive work environment through diversity and inclusion initiatives.Keeping updated on international HR trends.Advising on labor affairs and ensuring compliance with Thai laws.Coordinating with regional HR and headquarters for HR tasks and reports. Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 8 years' progressive HR experience, with a focus on international HR management.Experience in multinational companies, managing HR operations across multiple countries and regions.Thorough understanding of international HR laws and regulations.Demonstrated expertise in global HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, and compliance.Strategic mindset to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational change.Upholds integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling employee information.Excellent English proficiency and communication skills to collaborate effectively across all levels.Track record of leading HR projects and change management initiatives.Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
