Responsibilities:

Job Purpose

The SAP Business Partner Assistant Manager serves as a key liaison between IT and business units, promoting IT services and capabilities. This role supports the delivery of technology solutions that align with business needs, focusing on strategic initiatives and planning. The Assistant Manager understands market challenges, customer priorities, and competitive issues, driving value through effective technology use. They facilitate the investment intake process, high-level planning, and execution of business initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement solution roadmaps for successful organizational and customer integrations.Design and enforce IT procedures and policies in collaboration with IT management.Manage applications and digital assets across all company sites, ensuring up-to-date licenses and architecture inventory.Develop IT SLAs with key business stakeholders and control IT application operation KPIs.Oversee IT vendor and contract management, conducting regular vendor assessments.Collaborate with architecture and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards.Support and advise on access management for applications and digital assets.Manage IT compliance and risk for all applications and digital assets.Lead application incident and problem management.Ensure data handling, transfer, and processing align with legal and company guidelines.Provide support and guidance to stakeholders as a trusted application/digital advisor.Control costs and budgets related to IT applications and digital assets.Lead IT projects and change management for applications and digital assets.Develop and execute people development plans according to job roles and career paths.Plan and integrate new technology to improve company architecture based on technology trends and company strategy.Perform duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.5-8 years of experience in IT application management, IT business partnering, or digital transformation.Experience in developing and executing strategic plans, application, and project portfolios/roadmaps.Full lifecycle experience with SAP and/or CRM implementation.Advanced knowledge of enterprise applications and digital technologies (e.g., Big Data, BI, AI, RPA, ML, AR, VR, IoT).Experience with SCADA and PLC data integration projects and maintenance is an advantage.Strong project and change management skills, with strong analytical skills and understanding of business economics and financial resources.Proficient in English communication.
