Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.Assist customers and visitors by addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting rooms as needed.Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.Assist in the coordination of company events, meetings, and other activities.Liaise with internal staff, clients, and vendors as required. Experience Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Professional attitude and appearance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
