The Network Operations Center (NOC) is responsible for guaranteeing the optimal experience of Agoda's customers and partners through proactive monitoring and incident management.

The NOC team is an invaluable support to the company, ensuring travelers have the full Agoda experience. We initiate ideas and experiments that mature NOC to the next level, resulting in state-of-the-art operation and incident management tools.

We're looking for an NOC Engineer Intern to join our team. This position offers high visibility with senior management and other departments within the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the services and platform are being proactively monitored
  • Escalate and coordinate any incidents in a timely manner to ensure the quickest service restoration time
  • Analyze and report potential trends to drive down repeated incidents
  • Communicate clearly and concisely to the business/management the details of the incident, its impact to the business, and the steps to ensure timely resolution and prevention
Requirements:
  • Currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in IT or any related field
  • Strong skills in presenting and analyzing data and creating actionable reports
  • Ability to learn and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a creative and analytical mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with monitoring/alert tools or platforms
