Optimization Engineer Responsibilities:- • Responsible for RF optimization of In building system for 5G, GSM and UMTS LTE networks, which includes walk test, DAS retrofitting, parameter tuning (BTS, Node B and Repeater ), RF Acceptance report documentation and RF acceptance test with client. • Responsible for in building optimization, analyzing data to fix issues as they arise and making recommendations for further improvements to meet GSM and UMTS and LTE networks Key performance Index (KPI) • Report to Project Management.
