UX/UI Designer

Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, focusing on applications for both website and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research to understand the target audience, their needs, and behaviors.
- Create wireframes to outline the basic structure and layout of web pages or applications.
- Ensure consistency in interactive patterns and behaviors throughout the product.
- Develop prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.
- Design visual elements such as color schemes, typography, and imagery to create an aesthetically pleasing user interface.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups or design comps to illustrate the final look and feel of the product.
- Participate in daily stand-up or team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and priorities.
- Communicate regularly with developers to address design implementation issues and provide clarifications.
- Analyze user feedback, interviews, and usability testing results to inform design decisions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a UX/UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects, particularly in applications with a large user base.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of interaction design principles and usability best practices.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for creating great user experiences and solving design challenges.
