- Monitor & Coordinate Drop Collections: Oversee the entire drop collection process, from DFM (Design for Manufacturing) to sell-in orders and campaign orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Communication & Progress Updates: Collect and disseminate information on implementation results for each process, keeping all stakeholders informed about the progress of new drops.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Conduct meetings, coordinate, and communicate with relevant departments (e.g., production, sales, marketing) to ensure all processes align with the plan and are delivered on time.
- Testing & Development Support: Collaborate with the Product Development (PD) team to support schedule planning, 3D cast testing, and PM Dup release.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock levels for cast parts and finished goods, ensuring adequate supply and preventing stockouts.

Pandora started crafting its jewellery in Thailand in 1989, where our founders fell in love with the delicate craftsmanship of the Thai people. To date, there are two crafting facilities in Thailand, Bangkok, and Lamphun, and we employ more than 13,000 skilled craftspeople.
