We are looking for an experienced and motivated Boutique Supervisor to join the opening team at the Siam Premium Outlet. This position will oversee the daily operations of the boutique, assist in managing and developing the team, and help to ensure that the highest standards of service excellence are delivered to our clients at all times.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in the retail industry alongside excellent communication and people management skills.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

The Boutique Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the store by assisting to lead the team, handling inventory and stock, and ensuring that all operational standards are met
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of store performance, sales, and customer service
  • Supporting the Boutique Manager in developing and implementing store procedures to ensure a positive and productive environment
  • Coaching staff members to reach their sales and customer service goals
  • Handling client inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Driving the performance of the boutique and ensuring that their individual targets are also achieved
  • Supporting the Boutique Manager in all reasonable management requests

 

Job requirements: 

  • More than 5 years of retail experience, ideally within a luxury fashion brand
  • Knowledge of leather products
  • Strong experience with CRM and clienteling preferred
  • Solid understanding of boutique operations
  • Previous supervisory or management experience is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with a passion for service excellence
  • Ability to lead by example, demonstrating the highest standards at all times
