Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
• Translate the product roadmap into well-defined product requirements and manage the product backlog.
• Estimate resources required for project success and propose budget adjustments when necessary.
• Assess the need for additional project staff or consultants and facilitate their recruitment, if required.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents.
• Lead scrum teams to support them in achieving release and sprint goals.
• Facilitate effective team coordination, communication, and task assignment.
• Track project progress, monitor milestones, and proactively mitigate risks and obstacles.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet defined scope and quality criteria.
• Manage changes within the project scope, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication to the team and stakeholders.
• Plan the product release and set expectations for the delivery of new product features.Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to align and integrate project objectives and deliverables.
• Continuously enhance technical and project management skills, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Responsible for tasks related to a project that is required by company executives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, overseeing AI and web development projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies and web development frameworks.
• Solid understanding of the product life cycle and software development process.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, including popular platforms like JIRA.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing sprint ceremonies within an Agile methodology.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with expertise in planning and estimation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in motivating teams and fostering a positive work environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills for handling multiple projects.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Conduct regular meetings and processes to facilitate project progress.
• Evaluate the quality of work completed by team members.
• Provide assistance in system integration and technical sales.
• Proficiency in communication platforms such as Slack and Gmail.
• Background as a UX/UI designer or developer is considered advantageous.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
