An exciting design technology opportunity has arisen with the opening of a fully resourced Innovation hub at a thriving new international school located in the heart of Bangkok. Purpose built with a vision to put the school at the forefront of Design Technology education, the new Innovation Hub is the perfect environment for a forward-thinking and inspirational teacher to shape a whole new department for Key Stage 3 students with the capacity to teach Design & Technology to IGCSE.

Aster International School Bangkok opened in August 2022 with the mission to bring the best of a British-style international education to a beautiful campus in the heart of Bangkok. We are now recruiting new Secondary teachers for our expanding Secondary school, which will be moving into new facilities in August 2024.

We are looking for energetic, innovative and enthusiastic professionals who want to join a school that is growing rapidly. Aster International School Bangkok is a British-style international school, teaching an enhanced version of the ENC in a modern and purpose-built environment. Our teachers need to be prepared to be leaders as well as learners as we collaborate to create a unique school environment and approach to curriculum delivery. 

The Secondary phase at Aster International School Bangkok is a fun and lively environment to work in. This is a new position, and we are looking for someone who has a vision for embracing the design process and using technology to impact learning positively. We are looking forward to receiving applications from teachers who are passionate about embracing the use of technology both within the classroom in a formal way and outside the classroom in a way that prepares Aster students for the future. This teacher will also be involved in developing innovative design projects with Key Stage 3 students and have the capacity to teach Design & Technology to at least the IGCSE level. 

Aster International School Bangkok is located in the heart of Bangkok, in the Sathorn district. The school is positioned to give easy access to Sathorn, Silom, Sukhumvit and also the riverside area. We have modern and purpose-built facilities that suit mid-twenty-first-century learning needs. The school has specialist teaching areas for languages, Science, art, music, PE and ICT, as well as an auditorium and extensive garden space. The classrooms are large and well-equipped.
