Work you’ll do
 

  • Provides compliance and advisory services to multinational clients in the area of capital market
  • Advice on regulatory compliance for companies doing businesses in Thailand, both listed and non-listed, including preparation of any relevant documents and report with the authorities for regulatory compliances
  • Prepare, draft, and review advices in other related legal area to various clients
  • Conduct legal research and regulation in capital market
  • Contacting officers e.g. Ministry of Commerce, Revenue Department, Securities and Exchange Commission, Stock Exchange of Thailand and other authorities
  • Developing legal team to have a good knowledge and skill of Capital Market and including legal requirements related to this service.

Requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Laws
  • For Assistant Manager and above: over 5 years related experience in law firm/consulting firm or listed company
  • For Associate: new graduates are welcome / 1 - 2 years' experience in law- firm/consulting firm or listed company 
  • Highly effective in multi-tasking and works well with multiple deadlines
  • Commitment to providing quality service to clients
  • Good command in Thai and English (both writing and speaking)
  • Strong research, analytical, time management, organization skills, leadership skills
